This morning I met with Cllr Neil Poole, the Chair of the local drainage board and local campaigner Sheila Bibb, in Scotter, to discuss concerns about flooding in the village. Part of the Devolution deal includes an environmental and flooding plan for Lincolnshire, this will enable us to secure funding and develop a plan to protect the coast and homes throughout the county.
